July 2011 – Much Woolton Primary School

The summer phases of works are soon to commence involving the refurbishment of 2 No classrooms and the formation of the new access corridor from the main school into the new extension.

July 2011 – Structural Fire Upgrade Works – Symphony Group

The final phase of works have now commenced with works now focused upon sheltered schemes and supported housing. This project is programmed to complete in December 2011

June 2011 – Mill Hill Missionaries

Works are soon to commence on a large extension to the Mill Hill Missionaries property in Formby, works comprise a structural steel frame, large patent glazing roof section and the installation of bespoke hardwood window.

May 2011 – Disabled adaptations – Symphony Group

Works are now well underway on the 2nd year of the 3 year framework, installations are proceeding to programme, it is envisaged this years’ programme will be completed in December 2011.

May 2011 – Liverpool City Council – Millenium House

We are now undertaking major repairs and entrance area alteration to Liverpool City Council’s main office building. The project involves the formation of a new reception area and curved glass screen, works will complete in late July 2011.

April 2011 - St Ann's Primary School - Major Improvement Works

The project comprises new extensions, structural alterations and significant remodelling to large areas of the school, comprising 3 different extensions and extensive civils work the project will commence in May 2011 and complete in February 2012. 

April 2011 - Liverpool City Council – Muniments Room

We have been awarded a contract to undertake internal remodelling and structural alterations to part of Liverpool City Council’s Municipal Building. This project is our first for Liverpool City Council and represents our continued expansion and business development working with large local organisations.

March 2011 – Much Woolton Primary School

We are soon to commence a large classroom extension and internal remodelling works, the contract involves the demolition of an existing class base and construction of the new classroom. The works are phased over the next 3 months with the final phase being completed in July and August.

March 2011 – LHT Disabled Adaptations 2011/2012

We have now commenced pre installation survey  works on the second year of the Disabled adaptations contract. We are looking forward to developing further in the social housing sector and continuing to improve and expand our Social Housing client base.

March 2011 – DDA improvement Works

We have been awarded a small package Civils works  to undertake DDA alterations to the external areas of a number of Sheltered Housing Schemes.

February 2011 – All Saints Primary School

We have been awarded a contract to undertake internal refurbishment works and external security improvement works to various locations around the school, the work will be completed in phases and will be undertaken over the next 3 school holiday breaks with the final phase completed during the 6 week summer break.

Jan 2011 - ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001

Krol Corlett have successfully achieved ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 accreditation; ISO14001 is the international Environmental Management Standard. OHSAS 18001 is the Occupational Health and Safety Standard.

Together with ISO 9001 accreditation we are now one of only a few small construction companies in the region to hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Jan 2011 – St James Medical Centre, Liverpool

Works to refurbish the medical centre have now commenced on site and will complete toward the end of March 2011. This project involves extensive out of hours working and normal hours working over a 10 week contract period

Dec 2010 – St Cecilia’s Infants School

Works have now commenced to the new Parents facility and are scheduled for completion in February 2011.

Dec 2010- Caldy Golf Club

We are soon to commence refurbishment and remodelling works to one of the region’s most prestigious golf clubs, the project is scheduled to commence in January 2011 and complete in May 2011.

Nov 2010 – Our Lady Star of the Sea

We have been appointed to undertake internal and external improvement works to a number of classrooms, the works involve remodelling classrooms, renewal of curtain walling and the removal of existing timber load bearing windows, installation of new structural supports and new aluminium and UPVC windows and doors.

October 2010 - LHT Acoustic Improvement Programme

We have been awarded a contract to undertake acoustic improvement works to a large number of residential properties in the Liverpool area of Merseyside. The project represents our continued further expansion into the Social Housing Sector and complements our current Social Housing Projects which comprise the final year of a 4 YEAR Fire Precaution Upgrade programme and the 3 year Disabled adaptions framework programme.

October 2010 - St Christophers CPS

Remodelling of existing entrance lobby including alterations to existing concrete roof deck to form new structural openings. Installation of new fire doors and fire precaution upgrade works to the main corridors

Sept 2010 - Bethel Church

Works Have now commenced on site and are progressing well, the project is programmed for completion in March 2011

Sept 2010 - Garston Nursey

Works are now scheduled to commence on site in October and will complete in early December 2010
